Refund policy

        1.      Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return process. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item.
        2.      Manufacturing Error: In the case of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work diligently to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund once the error has been confirmed.

However, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage or manufacturing errors, such as incorrect size, color discrepancy, or changes of mind. We kindly ask customers to ensure the accuracy of their orders before finalizing the purchase.

Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria or those initiated beyond the stipulated 30-day period.
